We are proud to announce that the Brownsville Animal Regulation and Care Center (BARCC) will be hosting its inaugural A TOAST TO TAILS GALA! 
The inaugural Toast to Tails Gala will be hosted at the Brownsville Event Center on Saturday, November 4, 2023. Your ticket purchase, sponsorship, or the simple act of sharing about the event will help in our efforts to raise funds to continue to support the shelter’s resources and the animals that we serve daily.
