Las Ramblas Fills its cup, giving back to the community.
Brownsville is the second most historical urban center in all of Texas. The community is committed to the restoration and the revitalization of the city’s nerve center – historic Market Square. Here you can always find something going on, such as art exhibits, live
music on First Fridays, cook-offs, and festivals.
Last year, my brother and I opened Las Ramblas to redefine the Rio Grande Valley cocktail experience and rival that of any metropolitan venues. Thanks to the community’s support, it’s become a great place to meet friends and enjoy an upscale evening in a safe, friendly
cashless environment.
Inspired by an affluent section of Barcelona, Spain, the century-old building’s interior design is vibrant and playful. Even the logo, a burning giraffe, is a fun play on Salvador Dali’s famous painting of the same name. The main room and the lounge are inviting, warm, and energetic. The works of local artists often adorn the walls displaying their skill and passion.
The drink menu offers over 50 hand-crafted cocktails. The most famous is “The Rose.” It’s a delicious creation that requires 14-hours of prep time by our dedicated, trained mixologists and features our homemade horchata. The “Café de Olla” is a traditional Mexican coffee
drink made with premium tequila, and cinnamon served in a clay mug.
After a couple of incredible drinks, Patrons can order some delicious food, via delivery, from our neighbors or visit next door and dine-in. Within walking distance are several other bars, cafes, and lounges to complete a perfect night out.
