To better serve our customers, we have leaned heavily toward our barbeque side (Cooking For Profit), adding barbeque classics like brisket, sausage, and coleslaw to the menu…but that’s not all. We also offer mouthwatering angus burgers, fresh smoked seafood, gas grill and more! An extensive gluten-free menu, as well as vegetarian selections can be viewed on our Menu page.

Our new renovations offer quick and easy counter service, and a soundproof playroom for kids of all ages!

Being that our restaurant is named for Wimberley‘s founding year, 1848, we are proud to display historic photographs, and play classic Westerns on our big screen TV.
