About Us
Originally founded in Matamoros Tamaulipas Mexico, Taqueria Sheko's is so special because of its tiny tortillas. They’re dipped in liquid lard before being thrown on the flattop and topped with bistec, avocado, cilantro, onion, and the local requisite: queso fresco. They’re mini tacos and sell for less than a buck each.
