We introduced Italian Cuisine to Brownsville
Unique Italian dining experience using only the freshest ingredients in our family recipes and specialty dishes. Family owned and operated since 1959. Established in 1959 by Bartholomew Rocco Jordan and Rose Marie Jordan, who traveled from Rochester, New York all the way to Brownsville, Texas. Gio's Villa was the first restaurant at that time that served what is know commonly known as pizza.
The mission is simple: serve delicious, affordable food that guests will want to return to week after week.
