About Us

U-Mix opened its first frozen yogurt shop in Brownsville, Texas in 2010, and in 2013 began franchising the concept. Founded by Ernesto Escudero (who also serves as U-Mix CEO) and his wife Alejandra (who serves as the Marketing director), U-Mix has grown throughout South Texas and will soon be expanding to other states.

At U-Mix Frozen Yogurt, we give our customers a unique and fun twist – complete and total control in creating their own masterpieces! Our guests select a cup, fill it with yogurt and add their own extras, choosing from a large variety of yogurt flavors and a mega-loaded toppings bar. We use only the highest quality ingredients.

And if that is not enough, at U-Mix we stay one step ahead of our competition, serving not just yogurt, but other delicious treats to satisfy the most discriminating palate.

Guests can choose from our delicious fruit smoothies, mouthwatering crapes, or our signature espresso drinks. At U Mix, we think about everyone in the family; U-Mix is for all age groups. Above all, we want you to have the most enjoyable family experience possible, no matter what everyone is hungry for!

The ambience you will find in every U-Mix Yogurt is distinctive and very unique, and our team members are always enthusiastic. And inside every store, you will find a very relaxing indoor/outdoor sitting area, with fast, free WI-FI for all guests.
