Step 1: Scan Sign Up To Start
Start by clicking on the “Join The Trail” button at the top of the page to sign up for your own Taco Trail mobile pass.
Step 2: Setup Your Account
Setup your new account using your personal information to start earning points in the Taco Trail mobile pass experience.
Step 3: Receive Your Confirmation
Your mobile pass will be instantly delivered to your phone via text and email ready to use immediately! There is no app to download. Your pass can be saved to your phone’s home screen for easy access.
Step 4: Eat Tacos and Get Rewarded
When visiting one of the participating taquerías, simply scan the QR code provided to redeem exclusive discounts and earn points.
Step 5: Redeem Your Points
Complete the challenge of visiting all of the participating taquerías to earn a unique prize or earn enough points towards great Taco Trail prizes.

Not at all, participation is completely free! Simply sign up for the digital pass on your phone and start earning points when you visit participating taquerías.
Simply scan the Brownsville Taco Trail QR code provided at the participating location.
In the Rewards tab, you will see all available prizes. Each prize has a point value associated with it. Once you earn the required amount of points to redeem a prize, you will be able to click the “Claim Now” button for that prize. After claiming a prize, that amount of points will be deducted from your earned point total.
Yes, your points do expire. You can check your how many points you have and when they expire on your pass app.
Manual check-ins can be applied by contacting our support team. Our team typically requests a picture taken at the location and the date of your visit to validate a manual check-in. Please note: visits made prior to ordering the pass are not eligible for a manual check in.
Prize delivery is noted on each prize on the Rewards tab. If the prize says “Shipped,” you will be asked to enter your mailing address. If the prize says “Pickup,” you will be provided a location where you can pick up your prize in-person.
